This is what it looks like inside

Just over a minute: from a pasted link, through a transcript with real names and tasks, to the search. No sound — everything you need to know is on screen.

What it does

Not just online calls. Four ways in, one result at the end.

Your online meetings

Talkenda joins Meet, Teams, Zoom, Webex and GoTo, visible to everyone in the room. Meetings with a link are picked up from your calendar, or you paste the link yourself.

Recording at your desk

A conversation in the room, around one table — no link, and nobody extra in the room. You start recording in the browser, and from there everything happens exactly as it does for an online meeting.

A recording you already have

A file from a voice recorder, a phone or another tool. Upload it and you get the same thing: transcript, summary and tasks.

A transcript with real names

You can see who said what without replaying the recording. And when it is not clear who is speaking, we do not guess — we would rather leave a turn unattributed than put someone else’s sentence in your mouth.

Summary, decisions and tasks

Every conclusion carries the sentence it came from and a link to that moment in the recording. Tasks live on a shared checklist, and finished notes go out by email or download as PDF or Markdown.

Search across everything

It understands Polish, so “raporty” finds “raport”. It will also find what was said in different words than the ones you typed.

How it works

Three steps, two of which happen without you.

  1. 1

    Start the recording

Connect a calendar, paste a meeting link, switch on the microphone at your desk, or upload a file you already have.

  2. 2

    We do the rest

The recording goes to transcription, turns get participant names, and the transcript becomes a summary with tasks.

  3. 3

Come back when you need to

Notes, a task list and search across every meeting. Export to PDF, Markdown or email.

Find what you agreed three months ago

Type whatever you remember from the conversation — a single word will do. Search understands Polish and understands meaning, so you will also find what was said in different words than the ones you type.

also finds: “how much do we spend in Q1”, “January costs”

Why you can hand this to us

Three things that can be verified, not just declared.

The recording stays in the European Union

We process and store your recording in the European Union, and we pass it to nobody. Only the transcript text goes out, so that a summary can be produced — to a provider named in the Security section. Summaries can be switched off entirely.

We do not train models on your meetings

We process recordings on your instruction and for nothing else; the model provider is bound by the same prohibition. It is a contract term, not a plan feature that can be quietly changed.

Nothing happens silently

Talkenda sits in the participant list under its own name, and you can stop recording mid-meeting. Delete a recording whenever you like — it goes together with the transcript and the summary.

Pricing

One price, every feature. No tiers, no credits, no call with a salesperson.

Common questions

When do you launch?
The product is built and records meetings every day — what it lacks is billing, so we cannot take payment right now. We are opening access in batches, in sign-up order. We will not name a date we cannot keep: we will write when your turn comes, and nothing is charged without your say-so.
How are you different from Fireflies and Otter?
Three things. Search understands Polish inflection, so “raporty” finds “raport” — English-first tools match a character string here and lose half the hits. The recording stays in the European Union and never trains a model. And there is one price instead of tiers with credits you have to keep converting.
Am I allowed to record meetings?
You are the controller of the meeting data — you need the legal basis and you must inform participants. The product makes that easier: Talkenda is visible in the participant list under its own name, and recording can be stopped mid-meeting. We never record anyone silently.
Where are my recordings kept?
In the European Union, and they never leave it. To produce a summary, only the transcript text goes to the language model provider — we name that provider in the Security section and it is contractually barred from training on your data. Do not want any outside provider? We switch summaries off, and the transcript and search keep running entirely on our side.
What if the meeting is not online?
Start a desk recording — a browser and a microphone are enough, no link needed. Already have a file from a recorder or a phone? Upload it. Both routes end in the same transcript and summary as an online meeting.
How accurate is Polish transcription?
We measure it on our own recordings instead of citing someone else's tests — public Polish datasets say very little here. The honest answer: try it on your own meetings for a week before you pay.
What if Talkenda is not admitted?
You will see it in the meeting list, with the reason. Talkenda waits to be admitted like any other participant; if the organiser does not let it in, the meeting stays without a recording and does not count towards your hours.

Try it on one of your own meetings

A week is enough to know. Record your next meeting and read the transcript — if Polish does not hold up, you will know within fifteen minutes rather than after a month.
