How to export from Notta
- 1Open a transcript in Notta and select the download icon or Download.
- 2Choose TXT or SRT and enable speaker names and timestamps. Transcript downloads require Pro or a higher plan.
- 3Notta supports batch downloads of up to 10 items; add the bundles or files to Talkenda, up to 20 at a time.
Best choice: SRT. Do not choose XLSX, DOCX or PDF; the importer accepts TXT, CSV, SRT, VTT and ZIP.
Migrate without talking to support
A new account can move up to 20 prepared transcripts for free. Audio and video receive an extra 120 migration minutes; any remainder uses the normal plan allowance.

What Talkenda preserves
History and titles
The date found in the export or file name and the meeting title stay on your timeline.
Speakers and timestamps
When the source format contains them, Talkenda retains speaker names, order and timing.
Search and notes
Prepared text becomes searchable immediately, while the note is generated without running Whisper or diarization again.
Migration questions
Does Talkenda accept Notta XLSX files?
Not directly. Choose TXT or SRT in Notta; both preserve the words, while SRT also carries timing and usually speakers.
Does prepared text consume minute allowance?
No. Up to 20 prepared transcripts use a separate migration allowance and do not invoke audio models.
What if I only have a recording?
Add audio or video in the same importer. The first 120 migration minutes are extra, and the remainder uses your plan allowance.
