Fireflies does the same job we do — it joins the meeting, transcribes and summarises. Three differences show up in daily use: the language, where the recordings live, and how you are billed.

What they do better
- It is a more mature product with far more integrations — CRMs, chat tools, automations. If notes have to land straight in your sales system, they have a connector and we do not.
- It works in dozens of languages. We do Polish and English well and do not pretend otherwise.
- It has years of development and thousands of companies behind it. We have a product that works and one person writing it.
What is different here
- The recording never leaves the European Union. Only the finished text goes out, and only so a summary can be written from it — the model provider is contractually barred from training on it.
- There is one price and no second pool that runs out mid-month.
- A Polish conversation is not routed through English on the way, inflection and proper names included.
- You can upload your own file, including from a meeting no bot ever attended.
