Move your Fireflies history to Talkenda
Export your own files, inspect the preview and import them yourself. Prepared transcripts do not go through an audio model again.
You will see a preview first. Import starts only after you confirm your rights to the data.
How to export from Fireflies
- 1Open a meeting in the Fireflies Notebook and select Download.
- 2Choose an SRT or CSV transcript with speakers and timestamps. Fireflies provides transcript downloads on Pro and higher plans.
- 3Add the downloaded files separately or bundle them into one ZIP, then open Talkenda's importer.
Best choice: SRT for timing and speakers, or CSV for column-based data. TXT is supported too.
Migrate without talking to support
A new account can move up to 20 prepared transcripts for free. Audio and video receive an extra 120 migration minutes; any remainder uses the normal plan allowance.

What Talkenda preserves
History and titles
The date found in the export or file name and the meeting title stay on your timeline.
Speakers and timestamps
When the source format contains them, Talkenda retains speaker names, order and timing.
Search and notes
Prepared text becomes searchable immediately, while the note is generated without running Whisper or diarization again.
Migration questions
Does Talkenda transcribe my Fireflies export again?
No. SRT, CSV and TXT become the prepared transcript and bypass Whisper and diarization. Only audio or video uses the full pipeline.
How many meetings can I move for free?
Up to 20 prepared transcripts per account. Recordings also receive a one-time extra pool of 120 migration minutes.
Can I upload a ZIP?
Yes. A ZIP can contain up to 20 supported TXT, CSV, SRT or VTT files; you see a preview and per-file errors before saving.
